Everyone cheered and the Pengxin Group's new thick-walled pipe bending machine was successfully tested!

As of August 14, Pengxin Group's new installation of thick-walled pipe bending machine has been trial production for 48 hours, and the operation is in good condition. The products produced are in full compliance with the design requirements and have been officially put into production.

This is the second similar equipment of Pengxin Group. The pipe bending equipment is more complicated than before, and the specifications of the pipe bending die are also different. There are many specifications for the elbows involved. For example, it can be bent into steel grade products such as 20#, X65, X70, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, P9, P11, P22, P91, P92 and forged steel pipes. The thickness of the curved pipe is 9-130mm, the diameter of the curved pipe is ф406～ф1220mm, and the length of the curved section of the curved pipe is 3.8～23m. The weld of the 180° bend can be completed without weld seam. The minimum bending radius is 1219mm and the maximum bending radius is 7320mm.

The use of the thick-walled pipe bending machine has enhanced the production and processing capacity of the Pengxin Group's elbows.
